Charity Manager

  • Full time, Permanent
  • Circa £40,000 P/A
  • Hours: 37 hours per week
  • Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire

Part of we are aspire, along with Aspire Housing and PM Training, Realise charity focuses on building better futures for those living across Staffordshire.

Realise charity provides support to thousands of people across Staffordshire, by providing grants and support services.  We help those who need support overcoming health issues, support to live independently for longer, and financial support for those going into training and employment.  We’re here to help tackle the causes of poverty and help alleviate poverty across our communities.

We’re recruiting for a new role, a Charity Manager who will develop excellent relationships with new and existing Corporate partners, maximise income generation and develop the strategic direction, planning and day to day management of the charity.?

Are you experienced in generating new business by developing and sustaining successful business relationships? If so this role could be for you!

To work well in this role you’ll have a solid background working within the corporate sector, be used to working independently and within a team either within a fundraising or sales environment, and a proven track record of delivering results against fundraising targets.
